Ozzie Likes Kefir! (go figure)

I've been meaning to post something about Ozzie, the loyal feline member of our family. We've been trying not to neglect him now that the twins have joined us, and I think he's been very patient with us in that respect. He's still a bit skittish around the twins, but I guess in his mind a flailing screaming little person isn't the most inviting thing in the world. ;-) I think he'll eventually get used to them; we have spotted him playing guard kitty, napping under their crib. :-)

In the video above, Ozzie was more than happy to clean my glass of its remaining kefir. He's always liked yogurt, but I don't think he's ever been quite this enthusiastic about it...

Babusia and Didyo visited for a couple of days last week. Each of them got to see Izzie's newly discovered smile... :-)

Proud Grandparents

 

Here is a picture showing three of the grandparents' reactions to their first glimpse of Izzie back two months ago (it's been that long!).

I recently extracted this still photo from the video I was shooting, so the resolution isn't the best. Also, I was unable to find a shot where we could see all of the grandparents and Ulana... :-(

Fresh Air

 

During last weekend's warm spell, we took the twins for a walk on the Solomons Island boardwalk. Izzie appears to be enjoying the fresh air...
